We offer a large range of fresh fish. This list provides an idea of what we aim to stock on a daily basis:-
Cod, Haddock, Plaice, Hake, Lemon Sole, Dover Sole, Halibut, Turbot, Brill, Scallopmeat, Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Monkfish, Mackerel, Salmon, Trout, Tuna, Swordfish.
All the above can be supplied as whole fish, fish fillets or loins.
We also supply fresh Mussels, Clams, Cockles and other mollusc, Samphire grass, Squid Ink, Salmon & Trout Keta, Red & Black Lumpfish roe, Caviar ( some special types to order only) Crayfish and prawns in brine, Anchovies in oil, Seafood cocktail in oil, Crab products and live Lobsters to order.
A full range of smoked fish available:
“D” cut sliced sides, “Long” cut sliced sides plus small retail packs.
Smoked trout fillets, gravadlax, beetroot gravadlax, smoked halibut.
Smoked eel fillets, smoked fish platters.
All the above from the highly regarded Severn & Wye Smokery.
Kippers, boned kippers, smoked mackerel.
Smoked cod fillets & natural smoked haddock fillets.
